Full Quality Control System for Fluorspar Products
We implement a standardized closed-loop quality control system covering mine raw ore → mineral processing → finished product storage → pre-shipment inspection. Compliant with national standard GB/T 5195 and international bulk commodity inspection rules, our system supports third-party inspection by SGS, Intertek and other authorized institutions. We steadily supply metallurgical-grade & acid-grade fluorspar lumps and fluorspar powder for global chemical, steelmaking and ceramic industries.
1. Incoming Raw Ore QC (Source Control)
Controlled mining from our own mines in Mongolia. Raw ores with different grades and impurity levels are mined and stockpiled separately.
2. Finished Product QC Before Release (OQC)
Independent inspection batches by weight. Cross sampling from top, middle and bottom of bulk bags for full physical & chemical analysis: CaF₂, SiO₂, CaCO₃, total S, total P, arsenic, moisture and particle size distribution.
3. Warehouse & Pre-Shipment QC (Final Shipment Check)
Segregated storage for different grades with batch tags to avoid mixing-up. Regular stock inspection against damp and quality deterioration. On-site sampling & sealing are available for third-party inspection as requested by buyers.
